(1) Power supply equipment
In order for the lead defogger to operate efficiently, it is desirable to always apply as high a voltage as possible. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the insulation of the conductive portion and the earth, the construction of the support, and the materials. If moisture or dust adheres to the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle or is mixed into the insulating oil of the electric mist eliminator, the electrical insulation will be significantly deteriorated, and the effective voltage will be lowered. The insulated porcelain bottle that has been thoroughly cleaned is measured to be infinitely large with a 1000V megohmmeter, and at least 20Mn should be used as a reference. Insulating porcelain bottles should be regularly cleaned according to the conditions of use and environment. In addition, the insulated porcelain bottle should be placed in the box and hot air should be sent to avoid the influence of wet gas and dust.

(4) Cleaning of the defogging chamber
After the long-term operation of the demisting chamber, the dust removal efficiency is gradually reduced. Therefore, cleaning must be turned on at an appropriate time. The periodic cleaning cycle is determined by the type of mine, the type of roaster, and the operating conditions.
(5) Insulating oil for oil seal
When the lead-type electric mist eliminator uses an oil seal, the insulating oil directly contacts the outside air and the furnace gas, so dust, acid mist, moisture, and the like enter, and the insulation becomes very bad. Since the liquid level discharge or suspended dust bridge flashes and cannot apply a high voltage, fire and discharge may occur, and a fire may occur. Therefore, insulation oil with good insulation should be used as much as possible. In addition, it is necessary to perform the insulation endurance test and the operation of removing the mixed moisture regularly. The insulating oil after long-term use needs to be replaced and regenerated once in 1 to 2 years due to deterioration of insulation capacity.
(6) Insulating porcelain bottles
Destruction and cracking of insulated porcelain bottles occur frequently, which may result in the inability to apply high voltage or power. The reason is as follows.
Condensation leakage: Since the temperature of the dust collection chamber is reduced during operation, SOs condense on the surface and leakage occurs frequently, so it must be operated at an appropriate temperature (outlet 300 ° C). (7) Replacement of discharge electrode
The discharge electrode of the lead electric mist eliminator is broken due to dust adhesion, formation of the insulating film and corrosion, poor installation quality, or replacement due to impossible correction of bending. When sulfur ore and zinc ore are used, the discharge electrode often has an insulating film. It is usually replaced once every 1-5 years. The desulfurization dust collector regularly cleans the accumulated ash in the sedimentation tank and keeps the cleanliness of the circulating water as much as possible.
